Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Once items leave our warehouse, the carrier is responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not able to expedite delivery once the item is in the hands of the carrier as they have full control over the package. 

Please double check your shipping address before ordering as we are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address. If an order is returned back to us due to insufficient address, we will charge a $6.00 reshipment fee to mail it to the correct address. We will not cancel or refund orders that were ordered to the incorrect shipping address at the customer's fault.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within the US)
Standard via USPS First Class Mail (3-7 Business Days): $5.00, or FREE with orders above $100

International Shipping (Outside the US)
We use DHL express to ship all international orders. With DHL express, order delivery time is about 7 business days. Shipping rates vary based on shipping country. To check your shipping rate for your country, add the items into your cart and enter your shipping address to see the calculated shipping rates.
